Frank Troncoso

Frank is the Director of Legal & Research at ACI. Before joining ACI, Frank practiced law at Hueston Hennigan and Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he focused on complex commercial disputes, mass torts, and appellate litigation. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Patty Shwartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Hon. Edgardo Ramos of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Earlier in his career, Frank was a Legal Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Frank is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his A.B. from Brown University.
