Tushar Mital

Over 12 years of investing experience, specializing on special situation transactions. Prior to joining ACI, he worked at Serengeti Asset Management, a special situations fund, where he primarily focused on structured equity investments. His career includes roles in public equity investing at Surveyor Capital/Citadel and the Allen & Co. Family Office, as well as private equity and growth equity experience at ABRY Partners. Tushar began his professional journey in investment banking at Moelis & Company, focusing primarily on hostile defense transactions. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BSc from Boston College.
